Date: 2008-12-08 06:46 pm (UTC)The basic concept is that if its being played at all, you should be doing something -- you (if not your character) should have some dramatic, strategic, or whatnot goal served by a scene rather than it being there because "its what happens next".
This may be more wishy-washy than what I actually said, though, and my initial ideas are more likely to be right, even when they're wrong.
