Guess That Attribute!

Edge of Midnight has six stats, attributes, whatever you want to call them. I am listing them here and looking for folks to guess what they represent. Anyone who already knows (such as those who've read the book or played the game) are disqualified from guessing. The stats are:

Brains
Brawn
Build
Guts
Moxie
Smoothness

My initial guesses:

Brains - Intelligence
Brawn - Physical strength, muscle, etc.
Build - non-strength physical fitness (agility, endurance, etc.)
Guts - bravery, courage, willpower (in the resistive sense of not doing what someone attempts to force you to)
Moxie - charisma/willpower (in the aggressive sense of people doing what you tell them to), intimidation, etc.
Smoothness - "I get a +10 to all Convincing rolls."

I found myself easily able to distinguish between any two of the last three, but drawing lines which separated all three was tricky. That may be my conditioning, or poor knowledge of how most people use "moxie", or something else.

It isn't you.

You nailed Moxie, Brains, and Brawn.
You're in the ballpark with Build, just a little too broad.
You are way off base with Guts and Smoothness. This is not your fault.
