I've been running my write ups of the Sorcerer campaign in Alarums and Excursions. This coming apa should have the final write up and the post mortem. Reviewing it, I am spotting so many things I would do differently now. For some reason, I never had 'Elena attack Minerva, and I so should have. Josh agreed, and said he thought everyone wondered why I hadn't.

I don't think I should go back to the world we created, but I'd like to try it again. Josh said that using the variant of players playing each others' demons would help, noting that he'd made a better Nariya than I had, which is certainly true. This would mean that Player A playing Player B's PC's demon would have to work with Player B to create the demon, with the gm in more of an advisory role, but that's okay. One of the lessons we learned is that there has to be a lot more player buy-in to each other's PCs and demons anyway.

I don't know when this is likely to happen. I'm still running Beyond the Mountains of Madness, and the wiki is here. And, I'm working on several larps -- DotM, the DotM teaser, and the second Jamais Vue game.

But, I've got this itch.
