Wheel Time for Larps

mnemex and I will be helping zrealm run Masks, a weekend long superheroes larp at RPI. Neither of us have ever actually run a weekend long event, and this will probably give us an idea of some of what we'll need to keep in mind for the work in progress that is Dark of the Moon.
The most important thing for me to remember is that I am not in charge of this larp. zrealm is. This makes things much easier for me. The other important things to remember are eating, drinking, sleeping where practical, and sufficient bathroom breaks. These are also good things to remember as a player in larps. Take care of the physical, and the mental parts are much happier.
