We had our second session of BTMOM, and I'm currently working on a write up for the wiki we created for the game. I'd very much like to hear from Dan, who never showed and doesn't seem to be answering his mobile or his email. We'd like to confirm that he is alive and well.

I think using a binder and sheet protectors to organize handouts was a Good Idea.

I think that next time, Julian should have more to do.

I think that next time, I should tell everyone except for Julian that start time is noon, and tell Julian that it's actually one. This is something that Josh and Dave seem to think is a reasonable plan, Dave noting that he was definitely moving slower because of the 1 pm start time.

I think that juggling the infodumps so that some of them happened a bit sooner was a Good Idea.

So far, the greased rails have not been absurd. Part of this is because we are all aware of what I'm doing and why, or, if I have my indie terminology correct, this is open illusionism. That is, a lot of things are going to happen as they will, and the players are in on the joke.

But, also, I'm trying to stay loose. We shall see.
