Cataloging RPGs

I've been going through my RPGs again. Most of what I have was already in my spreadsheet, so I was largely adding location information. I'm not removing stuff I've sold, given away, or ditched, just marking these items as Not There.
I currently have over 900 entries in the spreadsheet. I have managed to convince myself that I can let go of at least a small number of things. But, it's hard. So, I managed to put the first edition of Nine Worlds in the out pile, because I own the second edition. But... I cannot bring myself to part with first edition Primetime Advenutre or Dogs in the Vineyard, even though I own the second editions of both. In the case of PtA, I can justify this by noting that I liked the spiral binding. It made carrying the book around easier.
I have two copies of Castle Falkenstein, one softback and one hardback. One of these is the one I bought, possibly the first copy ever sold. I'm not giving it up, and I want the other edition as a sort of "heavy use" edition, if anyone ever runs a CF game around here.
And, I have some stuff I'm willing to sell, but not give away, or willing to give away where I know the person getting it will use it. Odds are, ebay's the best way to go for most of this, but if anyone's looking for anything in particular, if you let me know what it is, and I have a copy I can convince myself to get rid of, we can talk.
