More Etheric Sea

We finally got to do another session of Etheric Sea. Dave Demast joined us, making it even harder to schedule the next one, because each player added makes coordinating schedules harder -- so, we have tentatively scheduled one for next week.
The mechanics are an interesting combination of PtA's pitch session, OTE stats with all 6s exploding, and Keys from TSOY. We wanted to start playing quickly, so Dave's PC didn't start with Keys and Traits defined. This wasn't a problem. Shortly into the session, we decided that there's a Key of the Inevitable Duel. We aren't sure who Dave's PC will be dueling, but it kind of has to happen.
Then, his PC skewered a thug with absolute cold blooded ruthlessness. Julian tossed Dave one of the tokens we use to represent experience points, saying, "You've just pinged your Key. I'm not sure what Key it is yet, but you just pinged it." We dubbed it The Key of the Cold Eyes.
The session ended on a cliff hanger, of course.
