Got a fair bit done at Balticon during filk circles. So, I've completed a bunch of characters for the larp, respectable first drafts. They'll need to be edited and likely rewritten according to mnemex's guidelines, and there are a few clear gaps to be filled in, but it's still respectable.

(I consider the existing material 0th drafts.)

So, to date, I have first drafts for:

That is, 26 down, 34 to go. I'd planned to do Aleksander next, but this may be a bit too complicated. Hm. Maybe Tim.

The last few are going to be the really tricky ones. Some will be "need to invent more stuff from whole cloth", and the rest will be "need to consult half the character sheets to get all the pieces in the right place".
